ENTERPRISE HOLDINGS FOUNDATION CONTRIBUTES $25,000 TO COLLISION REPAIR EDUCATION FOUNDATION TO SUPPORT COLLISION STUDENTS’ EDUCATION

Hoffman Estates, IL – January 22, 2014 – The Enterprise Holdings Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the company that operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands, has contributed $25,000 to the Collision Repair Education Foundation. Enterprise’s contribution benefits the entire industry as this enhances the Education Foundation’s ability to offer grants and scholarships to career and technical schools and colleges and the students attending these schools.

The $25,000 gift from Enterprise will support the Education Foundation’s Collision Repair Education Campaign fund which allows the Foundation to provide its annual student scholarships, school grants, and the annual Ultimate Collision Education Makeover $50,000 school grants.

“Our collision repair partners play an essential role in the success of our replacement business,” said Bruce Clifton, vice president, insurance replacement for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. “We are pleased to make this contribution to help expand opportunities for young men and women in the collision repair industry.”

Collision Repair Education Foundation Executive Director Clark Plucinski noted, “Enterprise’s donation assists the Collision Repair Education Foundation’s ability to help provide support to high school and college collision school programs, instructors, and students nationwide. Through increased support of collision programs we can better prepare the graduating students for entry-level employment within the collision industry. We thank Enterprise for their continued support and invite others to follow their example of supporting the future professionals of the industry.”

Industry organizations looking to assist high school and college collision school programs and their students through monetary and/or in-kind product donations should contact Director of Development Brandon Eckenrode at 847.463.5244 or Brandon.Eckenrode@ed-foundation.org.
